They had been using a paper and electronic lead system that typically took 3 - 5 days for collection, shipping and data entry. We implemented a high-speed ShowMax system with custom software for use at auto shows and experiential events. Customer data is collected on site and instantly transmitted to the ShowMax Program Headquarters FTP site.
Result? By utilizing advanced technology, dealer interfacing, and grassroots experiential marketing, we helped Hyundai significantly reduce its lead processing time from 3 - 5 days to HOURLY forwarding. CRM is up to speed and performing well.
